Laundry Collection aims to provide exceptional service while ensuring transparency and clarity regarding our processes and policies. Please review the following terms:

Suitability for Laundering: By utilizing our service, you acknowledge that your garments are suitable for standard laundering methods, including washing in water, on a normal cycle, and drying with heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to clothing not suitable for this process, nor can we service items deemed hazardous to our staff's safety, such as those heavily soiled with human or animal waste.

Damaged Laundry: While we strive to avoid damage, we cannot be held accountable for personal items left in garment pockets. Normal wear and tear are expected during laundering, and we do not assume responsibility for resulting damages or issues such as color bleeding or dimensional changes if specific care instructions are not followed. Customers are advised against mixing different types of laundry loads, and we recommend splitting loads to mitigate potential issues. Customers may purchase color catchers at our store as an alternative to laundry splitting. 

Reporting Issues: Any issues or concerns regarding your laundry must be reported within 24 hours of collection. This includes, but is not limited to, damage, missing items, unsatisfactory cleaning, or any other service-related concerns.

Lost or Missing Items: While we take every precaution to ensure the safe handling and return of all items entrusted to us, Laundry Collection cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. We employ rigorous tracking systems and thorough processes to minimize the risk of loss, but unforeseen circumstances may occur. We encourage customers to thoroughly check their laundry upon receipt and report any missing items within 24 hours. We value your trust in our services and will make every effort to address any concerns promptly. If you believe an item is missing from your laundry, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter and work towards a resolution.

Dry Cleaning Terms: For dry-cleaning items, we inventory each piece before sending them to our trusted dry cleaners. While we track items carefully, we are liable for no more than 5 times the cost of cleaning the garment article in the event of loss or damage. Customers are advised that delicate items and those missing proper care labels may incur additional charges for special treatment.

General Terms for All Services: Scheduling appointments can be done via our website, Laundry Collection - Delivered App, or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for collections and deliveries. Refunds cannot be issued once laundering is completed. Loads weighing less than 5 kilograms will be rounded up to our minimum weight of 5 kilograms, with associated charges applied accordingly.

Pick-up and Delivery Bookings: While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Missed pick-up or delivery appointments will be rescheduled promptly. To avoid laundry errors, all services must be tied to an appointment. Additional pick-ups should be scheduled in advance or communicated at least 1 hour before the scheduled service. 

Pickup or Delivery Point Wait Time: Please be advised that our drivers will wait at each collection point for a maximum of 10 minutes before proceeding to the next client. While every effort will be made to contact the client if there are any delays or issues, if we are unable to reach you within the designated timeframe and our driver's scheduled time has elapsed, they will proceed to the next appointment. In such cases, we will reschedule the collection or delivery at the earliest convenience. 

Unattended Pick-up and Delivery: Customers requesting unattended deliveries assume responsibility for their laundry's safety until picked up or after delivery. Our records of pick-up and drop-off times are deemed accurate.

Laundry Collection:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Customers are required to collect their laundry within 5 days of being notified that their order is ready for pickup. If laundry is not collected within the 5-day window, a storage fee of 10% per day will be incurred, starting from the 6th day. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of additional handling and storage space. If laundry remains uncollected for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to donate the items as we see fit. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking such action.

Mixed-Up Laundry Items: While we strive for accuracy and precision in handling your laundry, occasional mix-ups may occur. Laundry Collection endeavors to separate and process each customer's items meticulously, but due to the volume of laundry processed, inadvertent errors may arise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly. If you believe that your items have been mixed up with another customer's, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Colour Splitting & Colour Bleeding:                                                                                                                                                                                                          Despite our careful handling and use of industry-standard washing techniques, there is a risk of colours bleeding, if loads are not split between lights and darks, especially with new or non-colorfast garments. We strongly recommend separating dark and light colours to minimize this risk. Colour splitting refers to the splitting of colours when garments are being washed, however garments are not split for drying as colour run occurs in the washing process. 

Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to modify terms as our business evolves, and customers are encouraged to check for updates regularly.

Allergies: While we strive to remove allergens during our laundering processes, traces may remain. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should inform us of any specific concerns. Although we stock hypoallergenic detergents, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all allergens and cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. Your health and safety are our priority.

Liability Limitation: Laundry Collection makes every effort to ensure the quality and safety of our services. However, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection or be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we take precautions to safeguard your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items left in pockets or within garments or lost or damaged garments themselves. Additionally, while we strive for accuracy in processing orders, occasional errors or discrepancies may occur. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. 

Collection and Delivery Disclaimer - Goods in Transit: Laundry Collection endeavors to provide efficient and reliable collection and delivery services. While we take every precaution to ensure the safe handling and transportation of your items, please be aware that goods are in transit at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transportation, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend customers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and report any discrepancies or concerns to our team promptly. While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as traffic congestion or inclement weather. By utilizing our collection and delivery services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with goods in transit. 

Sneaker Cleaning: Sneaker cleaning services provided by Laundry Collection are outsourced to a third-party provider known as The Sneaker Shack. While Laundry Collection ensures the selection of reputable partners, we want to make customers aware that The Sneaker Shack operates independently and is responsible for the quality and outcome of sneaker cleaning services. Laundry Collection acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating the arrangement between customers and The Sneaker Shack. Therefore, any issues, concerns, or disputes related to sneaker cleaning services should be directed to The Sneaker Shack directly.

Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning services provided by Laundry Collection are outsourced to a third-party provider known as Personal Laundry. While Laundry Collection ensures the selection of reputable partners, it's important to note that Personal Laundry operates independently and is solely responsible for the quality and outcome of dry cleaning services. Laundry Collection acts solely as a facilitator in connecting customers with Personal Laundry. Therefore, any issues, concerns, or disputes related to dry cleaning services should be directed to Personal Laundry directly.

Pricing Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing information on our website and promotional materials, please be advised that prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices listed are indicative and may vary based on factors such as the type and volume of services requested, any additional options or add-ons selected, and prevailing market conditions. Additional charges may apply for specialized services, rush orders, or items requiring special treatment. Laundry Collection cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from machine malfunctions. In the event of a machine malfunction, we have protocols in place to address the issue promptly and minimize disruptions to our customers. Our team is trained to handle such situations with urgency and professionalism.

Service Interruption: At Laundry Collection, we strive to provide reliable and efficient service to our valued customers. However, please be aware that occasional service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a service interruption, we will make every effort to notify customers in advance and minimize disruptions to the best of our ability. Our team is committed to resolving any issues promptly and restoring service as quickly as possible.

Environmental Impact: We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices. While we strive to operate our laundromat in an eco-friendly manner, it's important to acknowledge that laundry services inherently consume resources and may have environmental impacts.
